Hey Guys and Gals!
This is a quick post just to add a link to help spread the word about my illness and those that effect so many people we know and love!
I have Fibromyalgia, what is it? Well, I will explain in more detail for those of you interested;) However this link below is a great place to start I have many links to share in this category, but this one really stood out, I had to publish for all who need to stay informed and those who need to take a step to understanding the difficulties that someone you may be dealing with ; you would be surprised how many people are in need of this information and do not know where to look!
To my Pico buddies and dear friends: If you don’t see me in Pico from time to time ( I cant help but laugh when I say that! lol 😉 ) I try my best to get on everyday even just to ring to say hi or to share some small gifts. Sometimes my illness stops me, only temporarily! I wont let it keep me down! If you have a friend like I do even one, who supports you and is there to hear how you felt, with a true understanding of what you are going through, it means the world!
Hence why I am not Rich in Pico from AG, I am rich there from friendships I have formed and hold more dear than you will ever know!! Pico helps people, such a s myself, stay social and not cut off or alienated, that is why I promote Pico so much its a great thing for others with a similar condition I strongly recommend you trying it out! You can see it all over my blog!
True sitting up some days are harder than others, stretch and stay hydrated and try and find something to get you going. Whether it is as simple as a game you play online to have deep conversations or goof around, you must not allow yourself to be branded by the disease . Though it is difficult, we are not alone, and people do care you have to be open to letting them step in and help!

The list goes on and on to long to write without leaving someone out, you know you are all wonderful & some help me get through a difficult day even by just being yourself and being kind! Many have no idea how a smile or a kind word can brighten my day! HUGS:)
Though I have a serious condition, I am not rolling over and giving up I am staying motivated and having fun where I can!
Stay informed for either yourself, or someone you care about!:) Good Luck and don’t give up on yourself or that special person! Though we are in pain, we need that extra support to keep streaming ahead! I will give more links on this ASAP 🙂 Thank you 🙂

I would just like to update you all if you have not heard: George Zimmerman was charged in the Florida murder shooting case of Trayvon Martin. He was being held without bail in a cell where he belongs, and now faces the charges of 2nd Degree murder. That means to those who do not know that he will go to trial and faces a term of 25 years minimum behind bars to a life sentence. The reason I am saying the book came out flying is because the Special prosecutor, did not allow for a Grand Jury to decide a lesser sentence, she decided the charges that will be brought against him, we all know jurors in Florida, and this time around they have to decide which he gets, 25 years or life, I am hopeful no equital can be made, but Florida makes me cringe when it comes to the legal guidelines!
I agree with the parents and all of the supporters out there, this is just first base, we have a long way to go in our society. However, I also agree that at last the man who went 44 days free to roam the country or off to another country for that matter, is now being brought to justice.
Those who joined me in signing the petition that was posted to my Blog, as well as posted on various other spots, thank you for standing up for someone who could no longer stand for himself, and for a family that was not asking for much more than justice. No violence, no hate, justice plain and simple.
They say the petition and the marching had no impact on this decision, whatever way the decision to finally act appropriately and accordingly in the United States, the point is we have arrived at justice, he will go to trial.
One last note: G. Zimmerman’s father IS a retired judge, I was not going to say that for certain until it was a fact I could confirm. So, does that work for him and how he was initially treated, absolutely.
And will it work against him? Absolutely, if the prosecutor who threw the book his way, stands her ground, then the fact that Zimmerman would have: A. Knew he could use that to his advantage, B. He knew what he could do versus could not do with the stand your ground law, and C. He now would seem as though he cut a deal from the gate, as the father had a relationship with the 1st head prosecutor, and beyond.
If I can think of these three points without having to look it up, I know the state of Florida, and the Special Prosecutor are way ahead with this as well,

Sanford, Florida (CNN) — George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch volunteer charged with second-degree murder in the shooting of Trayvon Martin, will ask to get out of jail on bond while he awaits trial, his attorney said Friday.
A bond hearing has been tentatively scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. April 20, said attorney Mark O’Mara.
Zimmerman was arrested Wednesday, 46 days after the fatal February 26 shooting that left Martin, 17, dead and touched off nationwide protests and anger. On Thursday, a Seminole County judge found probable cause to move forward with the case and set a May 29 arraignment.
On Friday, Sanford’s pastors stepped forward to urge reconciliation.
“We’ve been broken. There’s a lot of pain and suffering that’s touched many lives,” the Rev. Rory Harris, pastor of Holy Cross Episcopal Church said at a news conference. “We need to overcome those things that separate us.”
O’Mara told CNN’s Piers Morgan late Thursday that one of his immediate goals is to “bring down the level of anger, animosity, just frustrations, emotions” that are on the periphery of the case.
O’Mara said there are two sides of the case, a legal one and a human one.
“We are going to try to bridge that if we can,” O’Mara said. “There are words that need to be said.”
Special prosecutor Angela Corey, who was appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to investigate the case, said she will ensure that the judge or jury deciding the case will get only “the relevant, admissible evidence on which they can then base their decisions.”
“Let me emphasize that we do not prosecute by pressure or petition,” she said.
Both the defense and prosecution said they have no intention of trying the case in the court of public opinion, though both conceded the extreme interest surrounding the case.
O’Mara believes it will be at least six months before the case goes to trial.
“We, of course, have a lot of information to find out. I’m far behind on finding out the information flow,” he said.
(CNN) — George Michael Zimmerman, inmate #201200004452, is living in a cell with 67 square feet of floor space, is allowed to read the Bible and magazines, but has no access to TV, according to officials at the central Florida jail where he is being held.
Zimmerman, charged with second-degree murder in the February 26 shooting death of Trayvon Martin, 17, in Sanford, is segregated from the general population at the John E. Polk Correctional Facility, according to the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office.
According to jail records, Zimmerman, 28, has purchased $79.84 in items at the facility’s commissary, leaving a balance of $41.16. He’s allowed to buy items once a week.
The neighborhood watch volunteer’s shopping list included contact lens solution, Irish Spring soap, playing cards, puzzle books, Jolly Ranchers candy, two oranges and other snacks, the sheriff’s office said in a news release Thursday.
The facility assesses a $10 booking fee and a $3 per day subsistence fee. The fee is deducted from the inmate’s trust account.
Inmates are scheduled for three hours of recreation time per week and are served three meals a day.
According to a booking sheet, Zimmerman weighs 185 pounds and is 5 foot 8 inches tall. Tattoos include theatrical masks and a cross on the chest. He is listed as being unemployed.
Zimmerman’s attorney, Mark O’Mara, has not formally asked for his client to be released on bond.

I too am so disgusted and at the end sir I am a white woman and I have been in the position to help a person without knowing race or who the person was I have helped and always would. I too sir find this disgusting and outrageous act of racism but please understand I battle racism in my own life as I am married to my loving husband outside of my race. You should be outraged and yes sign the petition I did and have it posted to my blog on page about Trayvon Martin. Zimmerman is a waste of space and deserves at the very least to be jailed! So please stand united do not break the chain that stand with you sign the petition and get others to do so, I wear my hoodie daily till this man is jailed. I WANT JUSTICE FOR THIS CHILD! I see a child, not just a black child, and I hear a child not just a black child, I hear a crying soul in the rain crying for his life and i see a man free when if roles were reversed people would say oh just another black man in jail. So I hear your agree I feel it, but stand united sir. Do not give up, do not remain tired.Stand as we stand together and let it end here.
